WHAT DOES 2021 HOLD FOR THE EAGLES?

Played for Wests. Their facebook page comes up if googled and Mishai appears in the senior team which is posted for a match.

Aron won't play next season he broke his femur he was on crutches for 10 weeks according to Fish its a year long injury and it will never be the same again he's a really great lad he broke it in the last home and away game this year and it was at Centrals not at Woodville Oval

I never knew Moller did his ACL the last time i saw him was at the after party so I'm not sure how his progress is

That's sad re Afalfa if he is missing 2021. Showed steady progress from game 1 to game 14. Great closing speed to tackle and elusive.

I call him Azza so does everyone else he doesn't mind people calling him that I've made sure when introducing him to people the fact that Fish told me what happened as i got a lift with so and so out to Elizabeth so wasn't there when it happened but now when i think of it i did think it was odd that it was still half time when McPherson said hello to me when they're warming up again for the second half after his serious injury

I saw Azza's injury live on sanfldigital pass - a sickening collision with the left point post. Game held up for at least 7mins while medicos attended. it would be a nice "touch" of a caring club, if Powell put out an announcement of his progress with the injury.
I think the Club often misses the opportunity to use their website to connect with their supporters. Even 4-5 lines on the training sessions would help - perhaps mention the new Alice Springs player. Supporters are hungry for info through the Summer.

I agree it would be nice to find out more from the club

Even for us members find out when and where training is know some do but not every single member would know those details well i certainly don't and im guessing im not the only one

I have spoken to the Treasurer/Reserves coach of Westsfc Alice Springs re Mishae Wollergerang. Age 18years, played Seniors and won the Club's B & F and came 4th in the CAFL Association Medal. Quick, skilful, lightly built and keen to hit the gym. Said to be a "lovely" bloke. Coach thinks he may be still doing some yr 12 subjects. Originally from a northern coastal town of NT, before moving to Alice Springs and now to Adelaide (a gradual acclimatisation to our colder winters!) and he is a highly motivated teenager, determined to succeed.

If he is another Michael Long the afl team that has Alice Springs area will just say thanks very much we will have him now

No different to being a Grange boy. AFL will take a West Lakes, Alice Springs, Grange or Darwin boy just the same.

Disappointed in the news at the members Christmas night that Rhyan Mansell has been invited to Richmond and will probably be rookie listed by them. So another one probably gone
But four more recruits announced as well

Ok apart from that do we know who else has left the club i have seen a few names on here of course but be nice to know the full ins and outs

Westbrook Weed Tristan gone just seen on eagles website saw Tristan had gone on here but not the other two

The club has been busy. We do need a replacement for Jimmy Rowe.

Ok wonder if the overaged selection has been andg gone if so wonder which players have been selected
