Now back to recruits, re Cam Fleeton congrats to those involved at the club. Good summary hawke. BTW he is as tall as Thommo.
Looks like Zane Williams is going to have to have a knockout preseason or he may be playing lots of Reserves football.

Who would replace max Beattie if he goes

No-one really to replace a Max Beattie as such but we could slot in Kade Herbert or Sam Nicholls or Jay Watson or Swanny.

I'm now thinking Goldy (H/F) will have to replace Beattie without the stints on ball.
With a surfeit of backmen I think Luke McKay will have to play on a wing or maybe Williams.
I just think it would be a waste to play Josh Morris in defence.
We seem to be possibly well served in most areas except on ball
The match simulations and trial games will be very interesting to watch.
I think Kade Herbert will retain his position on one wing.

Some promising recruiting. If Boyd can hold down CHF and Moore can hold down CHB, that would be a real plus. Hopefully we see lots of improvement from the players who will be in their 2nd/3rd/4th seasons. It would be a shame if we lose Beattie. Could really do with that extra bite around the ball that he provides, and I think he'd be much more valuable to us this season than he was last season having had a season of league footy behind him. Will be interesting to see what McKay and Barkla bring to the midfield and if McFarlane is ready to go early in the season, he will be a real boost on the wing or half back with his speed.

I’m wondering who our clubs talking to now we will either know one day or never know I guess

We need another on baller I reckon to support sinor Rowe d allioa and knight and then I reckon that would be enough recruits as we are good for forwards and backs it’s just a on baller

I know that Sturt got him but if we were able to get a player like Will Snelling we would automatically become a contender

I think the clubs progressed to rather than take everybody on its time to target certain types the club needs . But I am totally sure .

If that’s true I wish they’d done this 12 months ago so we’d have a back up already

According to AFL.com Herbert and Welsh are likely top 10 picks next year

Lehmann McFarlane Phillips are the only ones who played league footy that haven't signed on unless someone else. If so interesting unless Menta is there they're missing a ruckman yes know Luck and he's finished school but height wise it's going to be tough again for them unless someone has come back or training in the reserves

Does anyone know who the overaged ones are for next year yet I'm just interested to see who got the phone call and who didn't get the phone call

Though Weckert but if Slads, Lukac, Cooke play league and Firns or so injured or all injured their is no height left unless someone In reserves we've got though I've seen Ueding ruck he can jump and get up taller than his opponent if he has to

I think you will find there will be plenty of height in the reserves.
Lukac, Cooke, Sladojevic, Oscar Pearce, Niemann, Jack Wheare, Weckert, Ryan Williams and Liam Ueding also possibly Ryan Bruce and Jack Firns.

Ryan Williams is one of the players that's training for a spot on the list

Wheare won't be playing till mid year or whatever it is due to knee reconstruction
