C’mon you real knowledgeable members. Not the 2 joksters who obviously haven’t a clue.
He was an ex-SANFL player, played a lot of league footy and was on the team sheet.
The Reserves were short a man or 2. ? Injuries etc.
Can’t recall if he came on to play.

Played 2 AFL games last season, so most probably not a bighead.

I think you will find he's only 21, turned 21 in June. Let's hope he stays for quite a while, a bit longer than Collier-Dawkins.

Cameron Fleeton is an interesting choice - checking his profile, not much current info online and most is from his draft report - breaking down the opinions, his main attribute was his intercept marking and ability to lock down opponents but not big enough to hold down a key position. No mention about providing run and rebound so it suggests that Cameron might be suited as a back pocket on the opposition's mids/talls. Previously looked as though Jordan Moore would take a back pocket but now with the recruitment of Fleeton, Jordan Moore may be our CHB. Our backline looks pretty well covered except for back pocket on the opposition's small.
Talls (either FB, CHB) : Thompson, Moore, Lehman
(BP on mids/talls, HB): Fleeton, Rowland
(HBF) : Beecken, Morris (but prefer him up forward), Rowland, Fleeton, McKay
(BP on smalls) : Mawson, Goldsworthy, Buck

However, we're badly in need of two good midfielders to assist Sinor, Knight, Rowe, DÁloia especially since Rowe will need to "rest" up forward to prop up our attack. If we don't recruit 2 midfielders, then Sam Rowland might have to return to his midfield role that he played as a youngster but probably hasn't the "ëngine" of his younger days. And I understand Luke McKay has played some footy as a midfielder.

So get a couple of ready-to-go MIDFIELDERS!

It was Ron Fuller from memory, back when he was coaching the under 17’s.
May have been injury related but may have also been to do with getting players back to the 19’s to ensure finals qualification
