1.Jared Redden to possible Ins providing Renouf and Lobbe get through this week's game.
2. With 2 weeks of being the Sub + Gray and Cassisi pushing selection may see Kane Mitchell back for the Norwood game.
Think WWTFC selectors would have to give Zac Fitzgerald another League chance after the poor supply against Westies and Staple didn't improve his form in the Seconds when he didn't play.
With our midfield, Powell and Lewis are working hard but are below their high standards, not being able to break free. Rowntree's been OK. Parry, another year older, is finding it tougher against the very tall ruckmen and playing good footy rather than dominating. Rowntree has been OK and of course we missed Sumner last week, the only midfielder with speed.

Looking for redemption from the B-grade, other than Allmond, I can't see anyone who is going to lift us in the near future. But for the long future, 2014, like the speed and evasive skills of young Nelson Peters - he now only has to find the ball more!!! ( Maybe Amos Frank will be delisted from Hawthorn at the end of the year and Josh Growden from GWS and return to the Eagles)

Boys on 5aa this morning were thinking that Bernie seems to be battling at the moment and might be a chance of being the sub in the showdown, may be a chance of an appearance for us in the next few weeks.

Kane Mitchell back on the powers rookie list, so should be an in for Eagles. Brodie Smith could be an in, doubt if crows would put him straight back in. Redden will be another possible in. Sumner should have recovered from h'string tightness and Almond a possibility but he has had minimal match time. Jack Muirhead must be very close, second best and best for reserves.

Yep heard rucci say tonight about Mitchell .Hopefully we get Redden . Could Vince get dropped for his game Sunday

Great to hear tonight that Nick Salter is coming off the long term injury list. Cards are falling Eagles way, not the disappointing way they're playing but on the availability of AFL players.
Either this week or next we should see:
B Vince, B Smith, Kane Mitchell, Redden and Salter and except for B Smith, we could have them for a few games.

I would think Salter would play in the seconds just think back to last year with Salter he broke down after 2 week

afl boys may save us, and goddens inability to develop a midfield, let alone recruit one, but still wont be enough this week. hopefully the inclusions means we don't have to see gun south recruit locky carey in the main game

Young Karpany from country zone - YP been in U18 system - good reward for hard work.

Reckon we should play Fitzgerald as 3rd tall. If any talls go down will be caught short. Fitzgerald can play fwd or back.
Don't mind if the rucks swap at FF all night otherwise Aniger has to shoulder a huge load.
Anyway we have to win the ball first.
Think we will be much better than West game but can't see us getting the points.

What a game how the hell did we do that . I loved that .
Sumner BOG .Vince to slow for AFL to quick for the SANFL .Redden thank god he was dropped !!Mitchel first game will get better !! Karpany any more like him im the under 18s
But we did most things right .We bottled them up and then we ran !!!
Ainger is no Grocke up forward BUT he certainly played well !! Goldsworthy goal of the round or year or more .Laying on your back and to kick the ball backwards throw the goal!!
Exiting the backline still needs some work .
Someone at the ground said to me it was like watching Hawthorn play why not !!
