Let me be the first one to say a big welcome back to West after his injury time away he’s certainly looking great first game back .
Redden in the League first quarter struggled but the rest of the game on top and taking at least one mark in a pack

Great wins by the Eags in all grade. It will be interesting to see our lineup next weekend after the AFL mid season draft.

I liked Comma'a and Ethans game. They were around the ball continually. Seymour looked good in attack. I didnt notice Mead that much.
The A grade was just about my picks. Another good team effort. Goldy maybe? Thommo may have cost Callow a draft pick this week.

Comma for his first game back was sensational. It's disappointing his skills are not better and his kicking has no distance, but commitment is over the top, an excellent club man. Have been a long term fan of Ethan but the previous two years he hardly played a game but has been very consistent this year, maybe he has just lost a little sharpness in his game. Pierce Seymour looked good up forward, kicked straight and several times may excellent leads. At one stage he did an excellent 40m bullet pass to a leading forward.
I like Mitch Hardie as a player, appears to be too good for reserves and not quite there at league level, this might reflect the level/standard of the competition he played in last year, let's hope he can adjust to the league level, we might need him if we lose Stengle and Knight.
Cooper Sharman put the nervousness of his first league game behind him to put in a very impressive game, was robbed of a goal against Norwood by the blood rule.
