Sorry 'Archiver' my memory is not that good re telecast of this game, not even sure when it was. Robbie played for Torrens as well as Woodville & it could have been when he played for either team, all I'm sure of it was at Thebby & I was there.
I have a footy mate who's memory is much better than mine but unfortunately he's O/S at present but will keep it in mind when he returns. Maybe someone will read this that can provide more info on this event.

I was about 7 or 8 when Robbie did the hurdles at Thebby, and was horrified as it happened pretty much right in front of me. If my memory serves he was playing for Woodville that day and was copping it from the Torrens crowd who I think may have been lobbing cans of beer at him at one point. Would love to see some footage of it if it was about.
