Trent new football manager
Dear Michael,
The WWTFC is pleased to advise that Trent Hentschel has accepted the role of Football Manager at the WWTFC. You may be aware that this role within our Club also encompasses the Development Coaching position.
Trent brings significant on field Football experience as well as a keen interest in developing those around him which has been fostered by the Adelaide Crows during his time on the sidelines through injury.
From an administration perspective, Trent combined roles with Westpac Banking Corporation and Exact Mining with his professional duties with the Adelaide Crows and will be more than capable of handling the administrative responsibilities that go with the Football Manager’s position.
Trent will combine this role with his playing commitments in 2011.
On the appointment CEO Chris Davies said “I am thrilled that Trent will join us in this exciting new and unique role within the SANFL competition. He brings the experience, both in a Football and administrative sense that we were looking for when asking for applications for the position”.
He added “Clearly we will need to manage the situation whilst Trent is still playing, however we are comfortable that all conflicting responsibilities have been taken from the position and Trent will be able to thrive in his dual role as administrator and player”.
Regards
