Am I looking at the side correct. I can not see Boyd. Is he concussed from last week?

Let's hope we bring our best game and do not come out to cocky. When we played Port earlier this year I thought we played our best yet, however we were smashed the week after at Norwood. The Eags need come out with the right attitude agaist a side we should beat easily.

Almost as bad as the game against Glenelg at Adelaide Oval about 10 years or so ago.
On a positive note we bank another 2 points and another youngster got a go at league level and played quite well.

That was a hard game won by the boys the wind started off going towards the southern end . But it didnt really favour that end .
Im glad we won again with bigger names out but younger guns coming up like Lee performed well .
Any info on Stewarts knee and West off most of the last quarter ice on his calf ?
but well done Eagles . West were hard to face but a win is a win
Nest weeks hardest game of the year so far Sturt

Pup, Wundke and Bomber still a few weeks away, and McGregor touch and go for next week but unlikely.
Boyd is also likely to miss Sturt game with ongoing ankle complaint/treatment but will be back the week after.
No need to risk anyone in our position now... have a crack against Sturt, whatever happens happens, then hopefully get close to full strength from our bye onwards and build towards finals.
To have unearthed youngsters in this period whilst still winning has been invaluable.

That's not good news. Boyd was invaluable on Saturday. Still it is better to have all players fit when it counts later. The experience our young guys coming up is priceless. I said earlier Jackson Lee was impressive. I wonder who is next coming in. It would be nice to find time to rest Gus Poole. He taken a battering all season. Clubs seem to target him.
