Disappointing that Gus Rowntree in his comeback Seconds match will now miss 4 games with a hamstring strain. Considering there are only 6 weeks before the Finals, he'll run out of time to play this year. He would need 3-4 games to pick up fitness let alone form, possibly even 5-6 games.

Begs the question: if he is unlikely to be ready for the finals, is it better to wrap him up, reduce the risks, and have him right for next season. Good to see him "coaching" the Seconds enthusiastically through the second half Last week standing on the sidelines despite his ice-pack bandaged around his knee. Good team player type who could be future Captain material.

If $$ Ainger can get more than 5 kicks we are a chance - considering he is averaging just 4.5 kicks per game for last 5 weeks - cant see if winning  Sad

Ahh well. Aing almost got there. Just 2 short this week. 3 kicks for 1 goal! Maybe next game he might be able to crack the magical 5 kicks in a game barrier!

Yeah he had a shocker def out of form....the midfield is a real worry...too slow and lack class...need Boyd back and Grocke up forward/ruck.....whats up with Sinor being dropped in favor of b-graders from other clubs and/or players that are continually tried and found wanting. Appleton has been our best player the last 2 weeks....

I cant see why marytn gets a game before sinor or why we continue with one ruck both against centrals and sturt it cost us. fitzgerald could of taken grocke spot for the week he wont set the world on fire but will be serviceable. Also what has lane done to never get a call up he has been great all year give him a go on the hb line.
