Reserves
5 weeks ago the Eagles beat Sturt Reserves by 75 points Today we loss to the same team by 9 points. Why have we gone backwards so far in just 5 weeks. We cant handle staring matches at 9-00am in the morning obviously

Re: Reserves
Plus we absolutely butchered a golden opportunity to score the winning goal with just a minute to play. Sturt kick out from the behind and go straight down the ground to score an easy goal.

Re: Reserves
Just had a quick look at the teams from the 2 games.
We had 8 changes from the team in round 1, they had 5.
Out of our team from Round 1 were:
Comma, Moore, R. Mutch, Hardie, Williams, Sharman, Pearce, McLeod.
Moore, Sharman and Williams combined for 9.2.
We also had 4 1st gamers today from the 18's today.
The twists and turns of 2's footy I think.

Impressed with your research Columbo, very informative and shows how unsettled our League and Reserves teams are at the moment.
We had a pretty good run with injuries last year so maybe things are evening up this year.
Rather have the injuries now than at the pointy end of the season.

The U18s had four promoted to the reserves but also they lost more players to the schools competition. Non availability flows through all teams. Hope we can get some stability after the state game.
