NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TO BE HELD AT WOODVILLE OVAL
[url=x-apple-data-detectors://1]ON MONDAY 4TH FEBRUARY 2019 AT 7.30[/url]
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of both the Woodville West Torrens Football Club Inc. and Eagles Club Inc. will be held at the Football Club, Oval Avenue, Woodville South [url=x-apple-data-detectors://2]on Monday 4th February 2019 at 7.30pm[/url] and [url=x-apple-data-detectors://3]8.00pm[/url] respectively. Changes to the Constitution will be presented for members approval at this meeting. Members can view the proposed changes on the website at wwtfc.com.au.
Nominations were previously advertised for 3 required Directors Positions on the Board of Directors. The Club has received 4 nominations as follows;
DIRECTORS – 3 REQUIRED
D'Arcy Evans
John Storer
Sean Connors
Kurt Slaven
A ballot will be conducted between the hours of [url=x-apple-data-detectors://9]9am[/url] and [url=x-apple-data-detectors://10]7pm[/url] at the Club on the day of the Annual General Meeting.
Any member who is unable to cast a vote on polling day may contact the Club on [url=tel:8347 2444]8347 2444[/url]for a ballot paper. The ballot paper is to be returned to the Returning Officer at the Club in the envelope provided by [url=x-apple-data-detectors://12]7.00pm[/url] on polling day.
To be eligible to vote you must have been a financial member in 2018 and signed up prior to August 17th, 2018.

At the AGM the results of the Board of Directors voting was announced. Sean Connors, D’Arcy Evans and Kurt Slaven were succussful in remaining as directors for another term.
Results
Sean Connors – 207 votes
D’Arcy Evans – 213
Kurt Slaven – 192
John Storer – 50 votes
At the AGM there were also three life members inducted, recognising their outstanding contribution to the Woodville West Torrens Football Club. Congratulations to Barry Pearce, Vicki Wright and Michael Godden on their awards.

What was the profit/loss announced. Did this include SANFL contribution? The Eagles Club donated $300k.
