Eagles v Adelaide
I have serious concerns this week. A full strength crows against us. I know he our leading goal kicker but if we get selection right we can cover for Wundke. Apart from his size he offers no flexibility and sometimes is a liability. I see Lewis played b-grade. I did not see him in the best players but will be a useful in if he is fit. I hope Boyd comes up, we need his ball getting ability. Is there any news on Giles. Was not playing last weekend from team list but not on our injury list either.

Not sure on Giles, but did see him at the game last week. Maybe wasn't quite ready to suit up yet.
I think this week is all about damage control unfortunately.

EAGLES
Woodville-West Torrens has been dealt a major blow with star forward Michael Wundke ruled out of Sunday’s clash with Adelaide due to a groin injury.
The triple Ken Farmer Medallist failed to pass a fitness test after hurting himself during the second term of the Eagles’ Round 2 loss to South at Hickinbotham Oval.
As a result, Tom Whittlesea looms as his direct replacement for the match against the unbeaten Crows at Maughan Thiem Hyundai Oval.
Whittlesea has been joined in the 23-man squad by possible debutants Jack Gaffney and Rhys Woods, who were cut from the final squad last weekend.
Midfielder Angus Poole and former Power ruckman Jarrad Redden will play their 50th IGA League match.
League
F: Boyd, Borholm, Yarran
HF: N. Hayes, Ainger, Rowland
C: Hall, Petrenko, Jarrad
HB: Allmond, Von Bertouch, Goldsworthy
B: P. Raymond, Thompson, Giuffreda
R: Redden, O’Brien, Poole
INT: Press, J. Gaffney, Whittlesea, Woods, Appleton
IN: Whittlesea, J. Gaffney, Woods
OUT: Wundke (groin)

Re: Eagles v Adelaide
We looked great against Sturt. Good end to end movement. Sunday will test us but if we play with the defensive desire we had last year I think we will win. I think having Wundke out is a blessing. No flexibility. You shut him down and its like having one less player. We need to stop some of their runners. We will miss Lauchie more. I still can not see why Rakiwasi is not in. Loved his play early last we. One last thing, don't let us play the boundary so much as last week, how many frees did we give up.

We are using Bobbie as a ruck man in the seconds another year Eagles dont have enough rucks
Two Crows up to the AFL team Lyons and Knight

Re: Eagles v Adelaide
Agreed (although not Rowland debut... Gaffney and Woods).
Didn't deserve a 43pt margin.

Well we were in it for awhile AFL fitness took charge
Some things still to improve are we over doing the handball game seeing i sat near the line i could here bad calls by backmen asking for the handball when well covered .
Adelaide should have won by more kicking for goal wasnt good by them
