I'm sure Shane Reardon is an integral part of what players compose our list. He has an intimate knowledge of juniors and former junior players.
I often see him at reserve matches when his U18s are not playing.

Reardon certainly has a great coaching record at this age group. Some good back up assistant coaches that have been around a while.
