Tuned in last night for the first time, Kym Dillon was the special guest which was well worth a listen if you get the chance.

Couple of interesting things from the interview with Kym were a short discussion on the wages and perks the players were getting in the 80's and the difference in reserves footy to what it is today.

One other comment he made that I believe is so true (for life in general not just footy) - that when someone has confidence in you as a player that it helps you blossom and go from chasing after a ball thinking I hope I don't stuff this up to chasing after it and think what do I do with it next.
I think this is something that Jade has been able to do so well at the club since his arrival with past players such as Lachie McNeil, Jacob Wehr, James Rowe, Lachie Jones and now guys like Luke Beecken, Zane Williams and Zac Buck.
