Good thread Wimpy. Sharrad always in my starting line up. Is Johansen back. Good if yes. I thought I read somewhere Lonergan was going, Good if he's there.

Does that mean you know Jordan West has left? And of course, whoever gets picked up in the draft out of that. I like Sharrad, too.

Jordan West wasn't at training Monday night, numerous players were missing, some on holidays, some interstate a few were at school and some at work. West's name was on the attendance roll to be ticked off as they arrived so I assume he will play again. I think West is not quite up to league standard at the moment.
I haven't included anyone I think will be drafted. I don't think Rowey will get drafted, but he was looking in good shape.
Luey Sharrad I don't think can be in our best 22 if we hope to improve, he is just not skilful enough. I thought his second half of the season was poor, although I admit sometimes we need an intimidator like him.

I'm a Sharrad fan too. Yes I agree his disposal lets him down but with the right blend around him
and him playing to his strengths, he could be a better player. The Eagles have always been a bit
short on the grunt I reckon. So if Sheedy can get Sharrad winning the ball and farming it off to
the better users in the team there is a definitely a spot for him. Perhaps with Sheedy's emphasis
on skill he can tidy him up a bit and to be honest, haven't we as a team turned the ball over
a lot, not just Louis?
