Indigenous Round and our players Empty Indigenous Round and our players

The game against Centrals is part of Indigenous Round and we can celebrate some great players over our history and that of our 2 founding clubs.

Interesting that Centrals great Sonny Morey made the point that when he played he wasn't even counted in the census of Australian citizens - that applies to some of the names below and really wasn't that long ago!

We had 2 blokes listed in the SANFL Indigenous Team of the Century in today's paper - Michael Long and Matt Stokes.

Others who played league from memory are and hopefully we may get some added to this list.

Matt Cooper
