Under Age State Reps 2017
The Eagles appear to have had a good representation in under age state teams this year:
Under 16
Kysaiah Pickett (Nephew of Byron)
Jackson Mead (son of Darren)
Harry Schoenberg
Dale Pearce
Brodie Arriola
Lachlan McNeil
Jackson McCann
Lachlan Hoile
Under 17 (squad of 30) only played one match against WA in Perth.
Isaac Brill (BoG Vs WA)
Jack Lukosius
Kai Pudney
Martin Frederick
Sam Michael
Under 18
Cooper Gaffney (played one game)
Jack lukosius (played all games)
Andrew McPherson (Inj. all carnival)
Isaac Moller (played one game)
James Rowe (played all games)
Thomas Schmusch (played all games)
Jake Weidemann (Inj all carnival)
It seems like we have some quite good talent coming through. Watching Jake Weeds play in the reserves gives me the impression he could go on to be a good league player.
Also, young Burgoyne (son of Peter) looks very promising. Lets hope we get the majority through to play league football.

Re: Under Age State Reps 2017
We are the premier club in producing AFL draftees over a lot of years. The club junior development and identification program with limited resources must be the envy of all clubs. Congrats to all in the coaching pane,
The guys that played Wednesday for SA played well. Jack Lukosius looks the goods.

I think the Club under Godden is doing the correct thing this year juniors into the seconds and when they can into the league .as in Lee yesterday
Its the way to grow in the SANFL if the club is to stay up on the ladder IMHO its the way to grow and go .
