It's another triple header, but this time, the u18s will be playing after the league game.

U18s 5.00 pm

The team that plays Centrals one week has a 2-7 win-loss record the following week. Let's hope we can continue this trend across the next fortnight.

This starts a run of 5 winnable games (mostly against teams also battling for top 5 spots). Winning at least 4 of them will all but assure us a spot in the finals and set us up for a good crack at the top 3. Only winning 1 or 2 will make it tough for us to play finals.

I am very concerned re who will come in to replace Lane and Wright.Do we take a risk and play Jimmy Stewart in the league.Thus free up young Almond to return to the wing .
And I was at the state game yesterday my god do we miss Polec or what !!!

Got to feel for that family of the West Adelaide U18 player who passed away in that car crash.

I'm not certain what to think .Salter from all accounts was going to the power and Schulz was staying with us .Of course now Nick will be out for a few weeks.

Bad news guys.
Just got word on my grapevine that Adam Grocke is NOT playing tomorrow. Apparently, he was bitten on the leg by a spider and is in hospital on a drip.

Perhaps Hilly will paly CHF instead.

Correct Flash that is very bad news for Adam, those spider bites can be trouble I hope he will be OK.
Wondering if it may have been Wednesday as he wasn't at training.

Plus when I left biglands was doing the training as well

Just saw the adelaide now website .But he did train with the league

According to the AdelaideNow website he spent Thursday in hospital on antibiotics & was released this morning.
Good news that he trained tonight, hopefully we will see him line up in the team tomorrow.
